These terms of use govern access to and use of lesderniershommes.com, the editorial hub for the The Last Humans collection published by Éditions Je Ne Perds Jamais (PBG Commerce). Any use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the site

lesderniershommes.com is an editorial information site. It presents the collection, its works (novel, short narrative, AI Chronicles, Cinema Special), the podcast and the newsletter. It also features an editorial blog.

No commercial transactions are performed directly on this site. Books from the collection are sold via Amazon KDP and Lulu, subject to those platforms' own terms. Podcast episodes are listened to via Acast, Apple Podcasts, Spotify and other partner platforms, subject to their own terms.

3. Newsletter sign-up

Subscribing to the newsletter is free and entails no financial commitment. It can be reversed at any time via the unsubscribe link present in every email. Data collected (first name, email) is processed in compliance with the GDPR by OnePlace AI on behalf of Éditions Je Ne Perds Jamais.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, literary excerpts, articles, illustrations, podcast) is protected by copyright and belongs to Patrick de Carvalho and Éditions Je Ne Perds Jamais. Any reproduction, total or partial, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

5. User behaviour
